20/04/2026 - Directorial Decree No. 33 of February 18, 2026, extended the deadline for submitting applications under the €262 million Public Notice aimed at supporting the development of self-production of energy from renewable sources. Incentive applications may be submitted until 10:00 AM on July 3, 2026, through the online platform of the Gestore dei Servizi Energetici (GSE).

12/12/2025 - From 10:00 AM on December 3, 2025, until 10:00 AM on March 3, 2026, the application window of the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security (MASE) is open to support self-consumption projects from renewable energy sources (RES) for businesses of any size, including business networks, located in Southern Italy.
Eligible interventions concern the installation of photovoltaic and/or thermo-photovoltaic systems for self-consumption, including deferred consumption through electrochemical storage systems, to be implemented in industrial, production or craft areas located in Municipalities with more than five thousand inhabitants in the Regions of Basilicata, Calabria, Campania, Molise, Puglia, Sardinia and Sicily.
The application window was activated within the framework of the National Program for Research, Innovation and Competitiveness for the Green and Digital Transition 2021-2027 (PNRIC), with a total budget of €262 million, 60% of which is reserved for SMEs.
Applications must be submitted exclusively online through the GSE Customer Area (https://areaclienti.gse.it/).
