Discover strategic areas for production facilities in Campania
Campania offers a network of industrial areas and production hubs that are easily accessible and integrated with the main transport infrastructure, ports and airports.
The interactive map allows users to explore opportunities for setting up production facilities in the Region, identify strategic sites for all types of businesses and assess proximity to logistics services, research centers and industrial clusters.
Investors can notify the Region of their need for properties with specific characteristics (e.g., production spaces, leased offices, warehouses, equipped industrial areas, or lots for new facilities).
In response to these requests, the Region can issue calls for expressions of interest to public and private entities (such as ASI Consortia - Industrial Development Areas and other property owners) in order to identify available properties that meet the project's requirements. This mechanism facilitates the matching of supply and demand and speeds up the establishment process.
The ASI Consortia of Campania
Industrial Development Areas (ASIs) are production clusters managed by ASI Consortia, public economic bodies responsible for the planning, infrastructure and management of areas designated for industrial activities. In ASIs, companies find production lots located in contexts already equipped with infrastructure and common services. The presence of dedicated and regulated governance facilitates coordination with local administrations and settlement processes.
These areas represent one of the main tools through which the Campania Region supports productive development and attracts new investments. The availability of primary infrastructure, logistics connections and shared services allows companies to reduce the time and costs associated with starting up their activities and to operate within organized production contexts.
Within the ASIs, there are also business support services and coordination functions that encourage the establishment of new businesses, integration with the local productive fabric and the development of industrial supply chains.
Consult the websites of the ASI Consortia active in the Region to learn more about the characteristics of each area, check the availability of lots and find out about the services offered.
