Campania as logistical heart of the Mediterranean

Well connected to Europe and major global markets, Campania offers direct access to Central and Southern Italy, which accounts for 40% of the national GDP and approximately 5% of the European GDP.

Campania occupies a unique position in the Mediterranean: a natural crossroads between four continents and one of the gateways to the entire basin for goods, capital and people. This privileged location favors import-export flows, accelerates multimodal connections and guarantees direct and competitive routes to Europe, Africa, North America and Asia.

The region has an advanced logistics system that integrates internationally important ports (Naples and Salerno), strategic freight villages (Nola and Marcianise), and the airports of Naples-Capodichino and Salerno-Costa d'Amalfi, supported by a modern and efficient rail and motorway network.

Campania is also integrated into the European TEN-T corridors, strengthening the region's role as a logistics and production hub for Europe and the Mediterranean.

Campania is entirely included in the Single SEZ. Businesses can count on dedicated incentives, simplified procedures, and a dedicated SEZ help desk.
